Update on DeBrodie defendants: Three denied bond, one still waiting on formal arraignment
An update has been released on four of the defendants indicted in the death of Carl DeBrodie on Friday.
Anthony R.K. Flores, 32, of Fulton, Anthony R. Flores, 58, of Fulton and Sherry K. Paulo, 53, of Fulton, were all denied bond.
Shaina A. Osborne, 29, of Fulton, can’t be represented by the same public defender and must wait for a formal arraignment until she can get a new lawyer.
