Stipulation for Dismissal released on Greitens computer tampering case
ABC 17 has received the reason the computer tampering case was dismissed against former Gov. Greitens.
In the documents, some of the reasons include too much of a cost to taxpayers and Greitens part in the agreement being sealed.
Susan Ryan of the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office told ABC 17 the agreement was broken when Greitens announced his regulation.
During his speech, Greitens claimed he didn’t break any laws, which contradicted the agreement, according to Ryan.
