Mary Paxton Keeley Elementary summer school buses delayed
Parents at Mary Paxton Kelley Elementary School received the following alert on Monday:
“ALL summer school buses are running at least 15 minutes late. Bus 77 and 236 will be the latest, as they did not leave Paxton until close to 4:00 pm.”
ABC 17 News has reached out to Columbia Public Schools, who said, “Buses typically run a little behind at dismissal on the first day of school. We take a little extra time to make sure all our students get on the right bus etc. Average is about 15 minutes.”
