Callaway County authorities arrest two for drugs, stolen ATV

The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people Wednesday morning after serving a search warrant in the 1900 block of Dunham Drive in Fulton.

Authorities said they arrested Jeffrey Manion, 47, of Fulton and Alisha Schnell, 30, of Holts Summit after finding methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, firearms and cash.

The Callaway County Sheriff Office said a stolen all-terrain vehicle from Mexico, Missouri was also found.

Deputies said they arrested Manion for two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of a weapon and tampering with a motor vehicle.

Deputies said they arrested Schnell for felony possession of a controlled substance, possession under 10 grams of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Cole County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the initial investigation and the Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG Drug Task Force helped execute the search warrant.
