No one hurt after emergency landing at the “Salute to Veterans” airshow

There were no injuries after a rough start at the “Salute to Veterans” airshow at the Columbia Regional Airport Sunday.

At 10:30 a.m., a model C130 airplane, transporting “Black Daggers” showed two of four engines failing, leading to a required emergency landing.

“Black Daggers” were emitted and then the plane landed safely with no further problems.
