Power restored after nearly 1,000 customers experience outage
Nearly a thousand Columbia Water and Light customers lost power Friday afternoon in southwest Columbia.
As of 3:15 p.m., there were a total of 17 outages and 955 customers were affected. By 3:20 p.m. power had been restored.
ABC 17 News saw Water and Light crews responding to a tree that fell on power lines on Scott Boulevard.
