Fulton police arrest woman who knowingly left juvenile and assault suspect unsupervised

The Fulton Police Department received an investigation about a sexual assault of a juvenile.

The investigation determined that Judy Dickens had knowledge of the reported incident, according to the official press release.

It was also determined that Dickens knew the victim and suspect were not allowed to have unsupervised contact with each other.

Dickens was taken to the Callaway County Jail for tampering with a victim/witness and endangering the welfare of a child.

Dickens has a bond of $11,000.
