MU holding open forum for final Title IX leader candidate

The University of Missouri is holding an open forum today for the third and final Assistant Vice Chancellor for Civil Rights, Title IX & ADA candidate.

The university held two other forums this week. The candidates for the position are Andrea “Andy” Hayes, Robinette Kelley and Inya Baiye. Hayes has been serving in the interim role since August.

Kevin McDonald, MU Vice Chancellor for Inclusion, Diversity and Equity announced the nationwide search back in October. Ellen Eardley previously served as assistant vice chancellor for civil rights & Title IX. Her resignation was effective Sept. 2.

The second finalist, Robinette Kelly, Associate Vice Provost for Equal Opportunity and Equity at North Carolina State University, spoke at an open forum Tuesday.

Baiye currently serves as the Director of Equal Opportunity in the Division of Institutional Equity and Diversity at the University of North Texas.
