Attorney for Michael Brown’s family joins Gov. Greitens prosecution
The prosecution team working on the case against Gov. Eric Greitens now has another member.
Harvard Law professor Ronald Sullivan was added to the case at the request of St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner.
Judge Rex Burlison approved the motion on Wednesday.
Sullivan’s past clients include the family of 18-year-old Michael Brown, who was fatally shot in 2014 by a policeman in Ferguson, Missouri.
Sullivan also represented NFL player Aaron Hernandez, the former New England Patriot who was eventually convicted of murder and committed suicide.
Gardner will work with Sullivan to prove Greitens committed felony invasion of privacy during a 2015 affair.
