Pulaski County man charged with incest, child molestation

A Pulaski County man has been charged with child molestation, statutory sodomy and incest after he was accused of having sexual contact with a 13-year-old boy.

According to the probable cause statement, Rodger Jones was accused of performing sexual acts and having sex with the 13-year-old on multiple occasions.

Pulaski County deputies said they made contact with a 23-year-old victim who said she had sex with Jones on several occasions. Jones was also accused of taking naked pictures of her.

Officers obtained a search warrant for Jones’ house and found sex toys that were described by the victims.

Jones admitted to officers that he performed some sexual acts on the 13-year-old victim but denied some sexual encounters. He also confessed to having sex with the 23-year-old victim and taking the nude pictures.
