Spring weather continues today with highs in the 60s

TUESDAY: We’ll start the day with sunny skies but clouds will increase through the day as temperatures warm into the mid to upper 60s, feeling more like April. Southerly winds at 10-15 mph will gust as high as 28 mph at times in the afternoon. It will stay dry until 5 PM but we’ll watch for increasing showers and isolated t-storms from the west through the evening.

TONIGHT: Temperatures tonight will remain mild as cloudy skies and southerly winds up to 13 mph keep us warm. Overnight lows only drop into the upper 40s by morning. Light rain showers are likely through the night with an isolated thunderstorm possible. Rain will begin to exit the area through the morning.

EXTENDED: Wednesday temperatures will climb from the upper 40s in the morning to the lower 60s by the afternoon with another increasing chance of showers and t-storms later in the day. These will become likely Wednesday night, ending again by daybreak Thursday. It will be cooler and windy Thursday with northwest winds gusting to 30 mph at times as temperatures remain in the upper 40s to near 50 for highs under mostly sunny skies. We’ll start warming up again Friday and into the weekend with highs reaching the upper 50s by Saturday. Sunday clouds will build back into the area leading to our next chance of rain by Sunday morning and afternoon. Watch ABC 17 News for the newest forecast and check back here for updates.
