Three-star guard Xavier Pinson commits to Mizzou

Three-star guard Xavier Pinson announced he is committed to Mizzou for the 2018 season.

Pinson is listed as a three-star recruit according to Rivals.com. Pinson narrowed his search down to Mizzou, Wisconsin, Memphis and Georgetown in January. Pinson later cut that list down to three by taking Memphis out of consideration on Sunday.

Mizzou currently has three players on scholarship at guard that are not suspended in Kassius Robertson, Cullen VanLeer and Jordan Geist. Robertson will graduate at the end of the 2018 season.

So far, Mizzou will add four-star guard from St. Louis, Torrence Watson, three-star guard Javon Pickett and now Pinson to Cuonzo Martin’s squad.
