Columbia police arrest woman after finding multiple drugs in her car

UPDATE 1/31: Reed was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

ORIGINAL STORY: Columbia police arrested Teea Reed on Monday night after officers saw two people inside a vehicle with a narcotics pipe.

Police said when they made contact with Reed, she was not obeying orders and pulled her head inside of her shirt so officers did not see her face.

Officers said when they tried to arrest Reed, she began to pull away and hold on to a portion of a car seat.

Police said when they searched the car, they found hydrocodone, oxycodone, a glass pipe and amphetamine.

Reed faces possible charges of possession of a controlled substance, resisting or interfering with an arrest and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
