Former Dairy Queen manager expected to appear in Howard County court Wednesday

A woman accused in the death of a mid-Missouri teenager is expected in court Wednesday morning.

Harley Branham is set to appear at 10 a.m. in Howard County court. Branham is charged with involuntary manslaughter, aggravated stalking and harassment in the suicide death of 17-year-old Kenneth Suttner.

According to court records, Wednesday’s court appearance is for a preliminary hearing.

According to the complaint ABC 17 News got hold of last November, Branham harassed Suttner causing emotional distress, recklessly engaged in conduct that created risk of serious physical injury, said offensive language toward Suttner and “disturbed [him] by making repeated phone calls.
