A Fulton man has been charged with making a terroristic threat to police officers.

On Monday, Timothy Stewart was accused of being combative in jail custody and being aggressive towards officers and jail staff.

According to the probable cause statement, Stewart told officers that he was going to kill them with his rifle.

Stewart told one officer, “I would love to see your head explode right off of your body.”

Stewart was also accused of threatening to blow up the Fulton Police Department with his C-4.

Police said Stewart also predicted officers’ kids would get into a wreck on their school buses.

Officers said they talked with Stewart’s mother who said she would not put it past him to blow up or burn down the police department. She said Stewart had threatened to burn down her mobile home in the past and she felt his emotional status was getting worse and worse.

Stewart’s sister told police she thought he had a rifle or a possible pellet gun.

According to the probable cause statement, officers have dealt with Stewart on a regular basis and each time he becomes more violent and aggressive towards law enforcement.

Police said Stewart continues to use drugs and is very predictable.
