Columbia police look for suspects in armed robbery on Kitty Hawk Drive

Columbia police are looking for two men after an armed robbery in the 1600 block of Kitty Hawk Drive early Monday morning.

Police said four victims were walking back to a residence in the area when they were approached by two men.

Officers said both suspects were armed with guns and demanded the victim’s property.

The suspects got an undisclosed amount of property before fleeing the area on foot, police said.

There were no reported injuries or property damage.

Police said the suspects are described as black men between 20 to 30 years old; one with a thin build. Both were last seen wearing dark colored clothing and cloth covering their faces.

The investigation is on-going.
