Lake Ozark police arrest man accused of sexual abuse

Lake Ozark police arrested David Pacyga on Jan. 10 after officers responded to the Alley Cat's Bar located in the 1200 block of Bagnell Dam Boulevard for reports of a sexual assault.

According to the probable cause statement, Pacyga was accused of sexually assaulting a female by inappropriately grabbing and touching her.

The victim told officers Pacyga grabbed her genital area and continued to do so even after she told him to stop.

A witness told officers that Pacyga also attempted to kiss the victim, but she pushed him away.

Pacyga told police he did not place his hands on any woman, or have any altercation with anyone at Alley Cats.

Pacyga was charged with sexual abuse.
