Woman arrested after deadly crash in Camden County

A Kansas City woman is facing second-degree murder charges after being involved in a crash that killed a 26-year-old Camdenton woman Saturday afternoon.

Delilah Taylor, 42, was arrested on suspicion of murder, driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident, not wearing a seat belt and tampering after the crash on Route D.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Taylor crossed the center line and hit another car head-on.

The driver of the other car, Lauren Rubi, was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Taylor also was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
