Fulton woman arrested after deputies find meth during traffic stop

Callaway County sheriff’s deputies arrested a 27-year-old Fulton woman early Saturday morning after a traffic stop near State Road HH and Highway 54.

The sheriff’s office said Jennifer Ritter was pulled over for a traffic violation. During the investigation deputies found methamphetamine and other drug items.

Ritter was taken to the jail, where more methamphetamine was found hidden on her.

She was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in a county jail.

She’s currently being held on a $9,500 bond.
