State Supreme Court sets date for Moniteau County prosecutor

The Missouri Supreme Court will hear a case that involves the Moniteau County prosecutor next year.

Shayne Healea is expected to appear in court Feb. 6. He’s accused of backing into a restaurant in downtown Columbia in 2014.

Four people were hurt in the crash.

The state attorney general’s office requested the hearing after it was kicked off the case.

Healea is charged with assault and leaving the scene of an accident.
