Fayette woman accused in teen’s death set to appear in court next month

Harley Branham is set to appear in court on Jan. 24, after her scheduled hearing in November was delayed.

She is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the suicide of 17-year-old Kenneth Suttner last December.

The inquest into the death reportedly revealed that Branham, Suttner’s manager at Dairy Queen, bullied him and caused him to take his own life.

Court records show last month’s court date was delayed due to a family emergency.
