Troopers arrest man after an early-morning Thursday car crash

Troopers arrested Zachary Baker, 21, after they responded to a crash on Highway JJ in Randolph County Thursday.

According to the online crash report, Baker was traveling eastbound on Highway JJ, when his car crossed the center line, traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a section of pavement and overturned.

Troopers said Baker’s Honda Accord was totaled.

Baker had serious injuries, troopers said.

Officers arrested Baker who faces possible charges of a DWI.
