Columbia police search for suspect after two early morning burglaries

Columbia police are investigating multiple burglaries at Campus View Apartments that officers say happened early Thursday morning.

Police told ABC 17 News that investigators were called out to the scene just after 2 a.m. and were assisted by the Boone County Sheriff’s Department.

Investigators said they used K-9 units to survey the perimeter of the building at which the two burglaries occurred.

Police also said they are searching for one suspect.
