Fulton man charged, accused of threatening to kill wife’s boss

The Fulton Police arrested Paul Demarco on Friday after they responded to the 200 block of Glover Street for a domestic dispute in progress.

According to the probable cause statement, the victim, Demarco’s wife, said Demarco had just left the residence with a shotgun, claiming he was going to kill the victim’s boss.

Police said the victim and Demarco had been in a fight over infidelity involving the victim’s boss.

Officers said the victim told them that Demarco had shown up at her work and confronted her boss about the infidelity.

The victim also told police, at one point, Demarco pulled his vehicle behind her, blocking her in and not allowing her to leave, and demanding she go with Demarco back to his house.

Police said while the victim was driving her car, Demarco purposely bumped his vehicle into the back of her, frightening her.

Police were able to make contact with Demarco at the police department.

Officers said Demarco admitted to bumping the victim’s car and having a shotgun in his vehicle before making the claim he was going to kill his wife’s boss.

Police said Demarco gave a breath sample which tested positive for intoxicants.

Police said they heard Demarco make several statements, claiming he was going to shoot his wife’s boss and then kill himself.

Demarco was charged with stalking and domestic assault.
