September ends with mild, dry weather

TONIGHT: We’ll have a cool night with low temperatures near 50 as clouds gradually clear. The northerly breeze will diminish to near 5 mph.

THURSDAY: After a cool morning, temperatures will climb to the mid 70s in the afternoon under mostly sunny skies. It will be a pleasant fall day with low humidity and a northerly breeze up to 8 mph.

EXTENDED: The mild weather continues Friday with high temperatures in the upper 70s under mostly sunny skies. For Sports Zone Football Friday, temperatures will be in the low 70s for kickoff and cooling into the mid 60s by the end of the fourth quarter. It will be cool again Friday night as we drop to near 50 by Saturday morning. Saturday and Sunday temperatures will slowly rise, but remaining mild and dry for Roots N Blues N BBQ. There is a slight chance of t-storms next Monday as temperatures start to warm, reaching near 80 Monday and lower 80s Tuesday.
