The Osage County Sheriff’s Department looking for person of interest

The Osage County Sheriff’s Department announced on Tuesday they are looking for a person of interest in a domestic assault that occurred on Osage County Road.

Deputies said Todd Redel, 40, allegedly left the location of the assault at a high rate of speed and headed south on U.S. Highway 63.

Deputies said they were going to follow him when troopers observed Redel headed south into Maries County.

Deputies said the Osage County deputies, troopers, Maries County deputies, and aircraft were unsuccessful in locating Redel.

Deputies said Redel is known to law enforcement, with several interactions in the past.

Deputies describe Redel as a white male, 190 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes.

Deputies warn the public that Redel is armed, should not be approached and is believed to be in Maries County.
