Callaway County man indicted by grand jury, over 20 charges filed against him
On Thursday, prosecuting attorney Christopher Wilson filed an indictment against Bobby Gilmore.
According to the indictment, Gilmore is charged with 25 counts of statutory rape and statutory sodomy.
In the court documents, it lists three victims. Two of them were younger than 12 years old when Gilmore allegedly raped them.
Gilmore’s arraignment is scheduled for Monday at 9 a.m.
