Police arrest Fulton man accused of downloading child pornography

Fulton police responded to the 200 block of St. Louis Avenue on Monday to investigate reports of a suspicious vehicle.

Once officers arrived in the area, they made contact with Benjamin Morrow, 50 of Fulton, and said he was the only person inside the vehicle.

Officers said they found Morrow using a tablet, with access to WiFi, in the car and was downloading child pornography.

Officers found that Morrow had more than 20 downloaded files of child pornography.

Officers arrested Morrow on charges of possession of child pornography with over 20 files as a prior offender and transported him to the Callaway County Jail.
