Driver arrested after high-speed car chase in Fulton

Fulton Police and The Callaway County Sheriffs Office continued the investigation of the pursuit of a stolen vehicle from Monday in Callaway County.

The driver of the stolen vehicle, Jade Elizabeth Richards, was found in the 5800 block of O’Keefe Ridge Road and taken into custody. Richards was taken into custody after being released from Columbia Hospital for injuries sustained when the vehicle crashed.

Richards was charged with first degree tampering, two counts of second degree assault and resisting arrest by flight for a felony. Richards has a bond of $18,000.
