Gov. Grietens appoints University of Missouri system curators

On Monday Gov. Grietens appointed three new curators to the University of Missouri system board of curators.

He reversed an earlier decision, after withdrawing former Gov. Nixon’s nomination of Jon Sundvold in February. The two other most recent appointments are Julia Brncic, vice president and associate general counsel for Express Scripts, and Courtney Lauer, a masters student at the MU School of Law.

In March, Gov. Greitens also nominated a former Mizzou linebacker, Darryl Chatman, one of his former donors and campaign finance chairman, Jeffrey Layman, and Jefferson City Republican Jamie Farmer, who is president of the Farmer Holding Company.
