Registered sex offender accused of loitering near Fulton park
A registered sex offender is charged, accused of watching children play at Memorial Park in Fulton.
Fulton police say they were called to the Park on Saturday night. That’s where they say they found Donald Hiatte sitting in his truck and watching children play on a splash pad and playground.
Hiatte was arrested and charged with two counts of being a sex offender within 500 feet of a playground.
