Seasonable today, but the heat and humidity climb on Sunday
TODAY: We will see sunny skies and seasonably warm temperatures today with highs in the mid to upper 80s thanks to an influence of high pressure. With dew points in the mid 60s, conditions will feel comfortable and humidity will be low. Winds will start westerly but will be turning from the north at 4-8 mph.
TONIGHT: We can expect mostly clear skies for tonight with a low temperature in the mid 60s. Winds will be out of the north light and variable up to 5 mph.
EXTENDED: The heat and humidity start climbing again by Sunday. Sunday will also be mostly sunny but hot with high temperatures in the lower 90s. Heat indices will reach the mid 90s with a north breeze up to 6 mph. Overnight lows will drop into the upper 60s. A building ridge from the west will allow the return of the heat and humidity for next week. Temperatures will reach the low to mid 90s Monday and Tuesday and the mid-upper 90s by Wednesday and Thursday. Heat indices will climb back into the triple digits starting Wednesday through the end of the week. It looks dry through the week.
