Lake Regional Health System announces clinic expansion in Miller County

Lake Regional Health System announced it will expand its clinic in Miller County on Thursday.

The two-story clinic will be located in Eldon, about 30 minutes southwest of Jefferson City. Officials said the project is expected to cost $3.1 million.

The expansion will add more than 20,000 square feet to the existing clinic along with more parking.

Lake Regional Health said the clinic will add more health care options, a full-time women’s health care provider and a pharmacy.

The facility is expected to open Sept. 5.
