Beautiful start to the holiday weekend
TODAY: Expect mostly sunny skies for the start of your weekend with temperatures reaching into the mid 80s and low humidity. Winds will be west to northwesterly up to 10 mph. Tonight will have calm winds and low temperatures in the mid 60s.
SUNDAY: We will start out with dry conditions and mostly sunny skies for most of the day with high temperatures in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees with low humidity. Winds will be southwesterly between 5-10 mph. As a warm front moves into Mid-Missouri, the chance for thunderstorms return, mainly during the evening hours for areas south of I-70.
EXTENDED: The humid weather returns Monday as high temperatures reach the mid to upper 80s with showers and thunderstorms likely. For the 4th of July, Periods of storms are expected through the middle of next week with seasonal temperatures, reaching the mid to upper 80s each day.
