A dry, but windy afternoon

TODAY: Waking up temperatures will be in the upper 60s with humidity on the increase. It will begin to feel more like June through the afternoon with high temperatures in the upper 80s, mostly sunny skies and southerly winds up to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

TONIGHT: Storms in northern Missouri Wednesday evening will move south and weaken, affecting mainly areas north of I-70 overnight. We’ll need to watch for a few strong or severe storms as these move into areas north of I-70 as northeast Missouri is in a slight risk for severe weather. Isolated damaging wind and large hail are possible. Temperatures will be mild, in the 70s, under mostly cloudy skies.
