Friday hearing set for man accused of abandoning a corpse
A court date is set for the man accused of abandoning a body in mid-Missouri.
A hearing for John Lue is expected to get underway in Audrain County Friday at 1:30 p.m.
Lue is accused of burying Jennifer Middleton after she died inside a Vandalia home.
Her remains were discovered on Limit Street in early May.
Middleton was reported missing, but no one had seen her for more than two years.
It’s possible she died sometime in 2014.
