Two Columbia residents arrested for mobile home burglary

Two people have been arrested after a burglary at Crescent Meadows Mobile Home Park on Sunday.

Neighbors saw the suspects, identified as Dejesus Goacher and Meegan Stewart, in the house that was burglarized and called the sheriff’s office.

Boone County deputies said they knew who they were looking for. Columbia police eventually found the suspects during a traffic stop at Washington and Wilkes Sunday night.

Goacher and Stewart are in the Boone County jail on charges of 2nd degree burglary.
