Man arrested for fathering minor’s baby, statutory rape
Columbia police officers were called to Women’s and Children’s Hospital in reference to a 13-year-old who delivered a baby on Feb. 21.
On March 10, 30-year-old Victor H. Estrada-Rosas provided a sample of his DNA, which confirmed that he was the father of the 13-year-old’s baby.
Estrada-Rosas was arrested on April 14 in the 2000 block of Holly Avenue for first degree statutory rape.
