Man stabbed in Higbee bar fight
One man was stabbed on Friday night after a fight broke out at a Higbee bar.
Randolph County deputies arrived at the bar when Jordan Richards, 27, told them he had been stabbed with a knife by a man he didn’t know.
Richards said he had been playing pool with the man when they got into an argument and a shoving match. The man stabbed Richards with a small folding knife and fled the scene.
The suspect was identified as 49-year-old Randall D. Lauffer. Lauffer was arrested at his home in Higbee and has a bond of $100,000.
