Camden County man banned from Wal-Mart after assault

A Camden County man in banned from Wal-Mart property after inappropriately touching an employee on Saturday.

Dakota Allen Cody Whitworth, 31, was in the bedding aisle of the Wal-Mart on 94 Cecil Street when he grabbed a female employee inappropriately. The employee called out for one of her male co-workers and left the area.

Whitworth was stopped in a car by police and was taken to jail, where he claimed that the assault was an accident.

There are numerous other complaints of Whitworth making women feel uncomfortable at the City Park and even grabbing women in the self-checkout line at Wal-Mart.

Whitworth has been charged with sexual abuse.
