TODAY: Cloudy and cooler with a wind chill in the upper 30s through 9AM. Clouds break late afternoon and evening with the high occurring by 4PM-6PM this afternoon. TONIGHT: It looks partly cloudy with lows in the upper 30s. SATURDAY will bring more clouds, but the sun returns tomorrow with highs near 60-62.
