Severe Threat Wednesday

Wednesday will bring two rounds of storms that are likely to bring heavy rain. There is now an Enhanced Risk for severe weather south of HWY 50, putting Columbia and Jefferson City in the Slight Risk mainly for tonight. The first round is moving in this morning, while it looks like the severe threat wil be increasing after 6PM. The second round looks to increase again after 6PM moving in from southwest Missouri and increasing near the Ozarks tonight. Heavy rain will also bring the potential for localized flooding, while widespread flash flooding is not anticipated. For additional weather updates follow @ABC17Stormtrack on Twitter.
