FRIDAY: Light showers are possible this morning into the afternoon hours. While it’s dry for the most part right now, sprinkles will begin to impact the area as we head into 9-10 am hour. Through the day, the light rain showers will spread from north to south along a frontal boundary. The light rain looks to end by 2 pm near the I-44 corridor, with under .10″ rain expected. High temperatures today will reach the upper 60s with southerly winds shifting to the north up to 15 mph. While the first part of the day will see overcast skies, as the front drags through the area, we’ll start to see some clearing by mid-afternoon.
