Missing Camden County man found deceased

The Camden County Sheriff’s Office found the body of Chad Hawk after a search this morning in a heavily wooded area near the original search site.

Hawk was found deceased, but no foul play is expected.

The Camden County Sheriff’s Office had issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Hawk that occurred at Shady Slope Circle, State Road KK, Osage Beach, Mo. Hawk left his residence on foot between 2:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 23.

The family has been notified.
