Senate version of ‘right to work’ legislation advances to House

The Missouri Senate has passed its own version of the controversial “right to work” legislation.

The labor reform measure, SB 19, was approved 21-12 Thursday morning, advancing it to the House of Representatives.

A similar bill born in the House is awaiting a third and final reading in the Senate, the bill’s last stop before the governor’s desk.
