A Jefferson City driver was hospitalized with moderate injuries Tuesday after having a seizure behind the wheel.

It happened before 2 p.m. on Jefferson Street.

Police say 22-year-old Matthew Jackson was driving north on Jefferson Street when he suffered a seizure causing his vehicle to drive through the Jefferson Street and West Dunklin Street intersection and strike a building.
