Former Victoria’s Bridal owner has conviction overturned in Cole County

Ann Metternich, a former Victoria’s Bridal owner, had her conviction overturned in a Cole County appeals court on Tuesday.

Metternich was convicted of felony stealing, and was fined $1,600.
