After a month at large, Fulton man arrested for assaulting family members

UPDATE 12/16: The location of the assault was originally reported by the Callaway County Sheriff’s office as 10900 block of State Road AA. The actual location of the assault was 10949 Evergreen Apt 35 in Holts Summit.

According to the probable cause statement, Allison punched his grandmother several times in the face. He also held a knife to her stomach and her wrist, eventually cutting her on her left wrist. Allison then stole his grandmother’s medicine tray, which contained Percocet, Morphine, Xanex and other prescription medications. Allison also reached into his grandmother’s bra and stole $160 from her. Both of Allison’s grandmother’s eyes were swollen and bruised when the officers arrived on scene. She also had blood in her mouth.

Allison’s grandfather saw him assaulting his wife and tried to stop the assault. Allison put his grandfather in a choke hold until her went unconscious. When his grandfather regained consciousness, Allison told him to give him a ride away from the area, or he would kill him.

Allison was driving his grandmother’s car. Allison’s grandfather told Allison that he would blow up the engine if he didn’t slow down. Allison said to get out of the car or else he would stab his grandfather. Allison’s grandfather bailed out of the car while it was going 35 mph. Officers saw that Allison’s grandfather had a swollen face and a large bump on his forehead.
