3 people taken to hospital after Kingdom City crash

Three people were hurt Saturday afternoon in a crash at Highway 54 and Old U.S. 40 in Kingdom City.

The two-vehicle crash happened just after 12 p.m.

The Highway Patrol said a car traveling north on Highway 54 went through a red light and hit the right side of another car.

Both drivers and a passenger were taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.
