November 2016 in the top ten warmest

November 2016 came in as the 6th warmest since records began in 1890 with an average monthly temperature of 50.7 degrees which is 6.3 degrees above the 30 year average. This follows the 10th warmest October on record in Columbia and the 14th warmest September.

We broke a record high on November 2 with 82 degrees and again on the 17th with 80 degrees. The coldest temperature of 26 degrees occurred on the morning of the 20th.

We didn’t pick up any snow but rainfall came in at 1.80″ for the month, coming in 1.45″ short of the 30 year average.
